How Does It Work?

Polydojo includes a drag-and-drop interface for quickly building online forms and workflows. Tasks that programmers may take days to complete, can be done in minutes; without any special IT skills.

What are Forms?

Forms are exactly what you think they are. They are (online) documents that can be filled-in and submitted. The submitted data is captured by Polydojo, and is always available to you.

Examples of forms include:

  • Event Registration Form
  • Customer Inquiry Form
  • Sales Incentive Claim Form
  • "Get A Quote" Form
  • Customer Feedback Form
  • ... And many more. If you can think it, you can build it.

What are Workflows?

A workflow refers to a procedure established by your organization. For example, think of the process your employees follow to apply for expense reimbursement or the process of procuring raw materials.

In Polydojo, your organization's workflow can be modeled as a sequence of forms. Let's say that your organization has established a process by which salespeople can claim incentives. Consider:

#
Form
To be filled by
1
Sales Incentive Claim Form
The salesperson, after closing a deal.
2
Sale Verification & Incentive Approval Form
The salesperson's manager.
3
Sales Incentive Payout Form
An accountant, if approved by manager.
4
Sales Incentive Intimation Form
The salesperson, acknowledging intimation.

Putting the above table in words:

A sales person applies for incentive claim by filling a form. The claim goes to his (or her) manager. The manger may approve or deny the claim. If approved, an accountant pays the incentive. In either case, the salesperson is intimated of the manager's decision.

You can build that in minutes!

The kind of workflow described in the above table; and any business workflow in general, can be built in minutes with our drag-and-drop editor. Forget hiring a development studio. Your 20-year-old intern can do it!
