To allow respondents to upload a file from their computer/phone, please use the 'File Upload' field.

Accepting File Uploads:

1. In the form editor, click 'Add Field' and select type 'File Upload'.
2. Provide a label. Examples include "Attach Resume", "Upload Photograph" etc.
3. If you'd like to make the file-upload compulsory, check "Mark as mandatory."
4. Click 'Done'.

For accepting multiple files, please add multiple 'File Upload' fields.

Mobile Camera Use:

In addition to upload a file from their image gallery, Android/iOS users will have the option of capturing and uploading an photograph. This is handy for uploadng one-page physical documents.
